Job Requirements
- Previous management or supervisory experience in a high-volume kitchen
- previous culinary experience or education
- maintain a current Food Handlers card
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel and Word
- flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work required hours to complete the job

Job Duties
- Manage all daily kitchen functions and staff supervision
- oversee food production ensuring quality and timeliness
- train and evaluate kitchen staff
- enforce portioning and recipe guidelines
- order food products and kitchen supplies accurately and timely
- schedule kitchen staff effectively
- manage food and labor costs
- attend department head and staff meetings
- conduct monthly inventory and manage stock levels
- develop and improve food offerings
- maintain safety standards and comply with health regulations
