Job Requirements

  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification preferred
  • demonstrated ability in leading culinary teams
  • proficient in food costing, menu development, and inventory systems
  • proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communications

Job Duties

  • Lead all culinary operations and kitchen teams
  • maintain Levy culinary standards and enforce food safety guidelines
  • train and develop kitchen personnel at all levels
  • partner with operations and purchasing teams to manage inventory and food cost
  • ensure quality presentation and timely execution of all menu items
  • participate in recruitment and hiring decisions
  • deliver engaging food experiences aligned with guest expectations
