Job Requirements

  • minimum years of culinary experience relevant to executive chef role
  • proven leadership experience in a multi-location environment
  • knowledge of kitchen operations and maintenance
  • excellent communication and delegation skills
  • ability to manage food and supply costs
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • strong understanding of food costing, inventory management, and budgeting
  • prior experience in community involvement and building relationships with local vendors preferred

Job Duties

  • lead and direct all menu changes and updates
  • hire and train back-of-house staff
  • train and develop all back-of-house staff and managers
  • lead staff in attaining expected food and supply costs
  • manage all repairs and maintenance for back-of-house operations
  • delegate responsibilities effectively
  • handle administrative functions and ensure compliance with kitchen standards of operations
