Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years professional culinary experience
- Experience in fast-casual or seafood restaurant preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Availability for full-time employment
- Willingness to relocate to San Francisco

- Proven experience in kitchen management or executive chef role
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Knowledge of fast-casual dining operations
- Ability to train and mentor kitchen staff

Job Duties
- Lead and manage kitchen operations and team collaboration
- Train at every station to gain comprehensive culinary experience
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager on operational strategy and execution
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and food quality standards
- Oversee inventory management and food cost control
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment for all kitchen staff
- Support the launch and operational excellence of new restaurant locations
