Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years professional culinary experience
  • Experience in fast-casual or seafood restaurant preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
  • Availability for full-time employment
  • Willingness to relocate to San Francisco

  • Proven experience in kitchen management or executive chef role
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage kitchen operations and team collaboration
  • Train at every station to gain comprehensive culinary experience
  • Collaborate closely with the General Manager on operational strategy and execution
  • Maintain safety, cleanliness, and food quality standards
  • Oversee inventory management and food cost control
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment for all kitchen staff
  • Support the launch and operational excellence of new restaurant locations
