Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior kitchen management role
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire culinary teams
  • Proficient in financial management related to food service
  • Strong knowledge of contemporary cooking techniques and presentation
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Valid food handler’s certification or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Lead the property’s culinary operations ensuring smooth kitchen functioning and high food quality
  • Ensure exceptional food quality presentation and consistency to uphold culinary standards
  • Hire train and mentor chefs and kitchen staff to develop skills and teamwork
  • Manage cost controls forecasting and inventory effectively
  • Review financial targets to ensure achievement or exceedance
  • Maintain food safety regulations and hygiene standards
  • Develop and innovate menus to align with club’s reputation
