Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior kitchen management role
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire culinary teams
- Proficient in financial management related to food service
- Strong knowledge of contemporary cooking techniques and presentation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid food handler’s certification or equivalent

Job Duties
- Lead the property’s culinary operations ensuring smooth kitchen functioning and high food quality
- Ensure exceptional food quality presentation and consistency to uphold culinary standards
- Hire train and mentor chefs and kitchen staff to develop skills and teamwork
- Manage cost controls forecasting and inventory effectively
- Review financial targets to ensure achievement or exceedance
- Maintain food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Develop and innovate menus to align with club’s reputation
