- must pass criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
- willingness to comply with COVID-19 safety protocols and vaccination requirements
Job Qualifications
- experience leading a full scratch kitchen as executive chef, kitchen manager, or executive sous chef
- demonstrated ability to craft seasonally inspired and guest-focused menus
- strong leadership and team management skills
- proficiency in managing food, labor, and product costs
- excellent culinary skills with a passion for exceptional food experiences
- ability to foster positive relationships with team members and customers
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
