Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years culinary management experience
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Experience in managing food costs and inventory
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary degree preferred
  • Three to five years of culinary management experience
  • Experience in high-volume production and catering
  • Previous experience managing cost controls
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to develop and implement new culinary programs
  • Passion for learning and professional growth

Job Duties

  • Manage cost controls and control expenditures for the account
  • Plan and create all menus
  • Purchase and manage inventory
  • Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team
  • Oversee all safety and sanitation procedures related to the account
  • Lead and manage a team of culinary associates
  • Ensure compliance with nutritional standards and guidelines
