Job Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 plus years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience
- hands-on chef leadership required
- strong knowledge of food quality, cost controls, sanitation, and presentation
- computer skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook
- ServSafe certification preferred

Job Duties
- Oversee daily kitchen operations
- prepare or direct meal production to company standards
- develop regular and modified menus
- ensure recipe, portion, and presentation compliance
- complete production and waste logs
- train staff on food prep, safety, sanitation, and equipment use
- manage cleaning and maintenance schedules
- control food and supply inventory within budget
- ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and safety regulations
- participate in meetings and staff development programs
