Job Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 5 years in culinary management
- extensive catering experience preferred
- experience in high-volume foodservice
- hands-on chef experience
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
- willingness to participate in client satisfaction programs
- ServSafe certification preferred

Job Duties
- Lead daily culinary production including meal preparation, ensure food quality and presentation standards
- comply with safety and sanitation regulations
- direct menu development and create specials using seasonal ingredients
- supervise and coordinate activities of kitchen staff
- manage food costs and labor expenses
- oversee food purchasing, receiving, and inventory management
