Job Requirements
- degree or equivalent professional training preferred
- 3-5 years of culinary management experience
- strong leadership skills
- experience in high-volume or catering environments preferred
- ability to manage food and labor costs
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- ability to work flexible hours including some nights and weekends
- excellent communication skills
