Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience in a culinary setting
- Current ServSafe Certification
- Proven experience in high-volume, customer-focused foodservice
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Job Qualifications
- Experience as a talented chef in a customer oriented, high-volume dining venue
- Joy in seeing others enjoy your gourmet greatness
- Natural ability to lead with 4+ years in a supervisory role
- Possession and maintenance of ServSafe Certification
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety protocols
- Ability to manage kitchen staff and operations effectively
Job Duties
- Design delectable menu items that are pleasing to the pallet
- Create specialty items that differentiate each of our Dining venues and community events
- Share your talents - inspire, train and coach your culinary team, promoting a positive team approach each day
- To preserve your masterpiece creations, keep a close eye on all food preparation including storage, and handling to ensure we are providing the freshest meals with all safety protocols in place (HACCP)
- Manage kitchen operations efficiently to deliver high-quality food service
- Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen environment
- Collaborate with management to plan and execute themed menus and special events
