  • ServSafe certification
  • ability to manage multiple priorities
  • knowledge of HACCP food safety protocols

Job Duties

  • Design delectable menu items that are pleasing to the palate
  • create specialty items that differentiate each dining venue and community event
  • inspire, train, and coach the culinary team promoting a positive team approach
  • oversee food preparation, storage, and handling ensuring freshness and adherence to HACCP safety protocols
  • manage multiple priorities in a high-volume dining environment
  • maintain high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction
  • ensure compliance with food safety regulations
