Job Requirements
- Associate of Science degree or equivalent experience
- five plus years of progressive culinary leadership experience, institutional or high-volume preferred
- bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- ServSafe certification highly desirable
- strong catering and batch cooking experience
- mastery of food trends, presentation, and cost control
- proficiency with Microsoft Office and kitchen management software
- ability to lead and mentor a team effectively
