Job Requirements

  • A.S. degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience
  • Strong catering and batch cooking skills
  • ServSafe certification highly desirable
  • Ability to manage kitchen operations and lead a team
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and kitchen management tools

  • Strong catering and batch cooking experience
  • Mastery of food trends, presentation, and cost control

  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Job Duties

  • Craft menus that inspire and meet nutritional standards
  • Lead kitchen operations focusing on safety, sanitation, and food quality
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff in culinary techniques and food safety
  • Oversee cleaning schedules, inventory management, and food cost controls
  • Innovate daily through tasting and refining dishes with sustainable practices
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
  • Participate in team meetings and client satisfaction initiatives
