Job Requirements

  • Education in culinary arts or related field preferred
  • minimum three years of culinary management experience
  • experience in hospital or healthcare food service environment
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • proficiency in cost control and inventory management
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work full time, Monday through Friday, first or mid-shift
  • ability to maintain high standards of safety and sanitation

Job Qualifications

  • Three to five years of culinary management experience
  • previous food & nutrition experience in a hospital, acute care, or healthcare/long-term care environment
  • culinary arts degree preferred
  • high volume production and catering experience
  • previous experience managing cost controls
  • desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company

Job Duties

  • Manages cost controls and controls expenditures for the account
  • leading a team of culinary staff including sous chefs, cooks, and utility
  • plans and creates all menus
  • purchases and manages inventory
  • rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team
