Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three to five years of culinary management experience
- Experience in hospital, acute care, or healthcare, long term care food and nutrition
- Ability to lead and manage culinary teams
- Strong understanding of cost controls and inventory management
- Culinary arts degree preferred
- Must be able to work full time, primarily Monday through Friday, first or midshift
- Commitment to safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- Three to five years of culinary management experience
- Previous food and nutrition experience in a hospital, acute care, or healthcare, long term care environment
- Culinary arts degree preferred
- High volume production and catering experience
- Previous experience managing cost controls
- Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company
Job Duties
- Manages cost controls and controls expenditures for the account
- Leading a team of culinary staff including sous chefs, cooks, and utility
- Plans and creates all menus
- Purchases and manages inventory
- Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team
