Job Duties

  • Responsible for all culinary operations including recipe execution, financial profitability, staffing, and compliance
  • Be a hands-on subject matter expert guiding safe and delicious food handling, preparation, and presentation
  • Lead, coach, mentor and develop associates to maintain high engagement and low turnover
  • Foster relationships with Sales & Marketing, Event Management, FOH team, hotel management, owners, business partners and vendors
  • Manage ordering, preparing, marketing, and execution of recipes and usage records ensuring departmental profitability
  • Participate in property-specific monthly and year-end financial processes and reporting
  • Ensure adherence to White Lodging SOPs and compliance with local and federal guidelines
