Job Requirements
- Minimum culinary or hospitality education or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in a culinary leadership role
- Demonstrated knowledge of food safety practices and compliance
- Ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Capable of leading and motivating a team
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Be responsible for all culinary operations including recipe execution, financial profitability, staffing, SOP compliance, and local and federal guideline adherence
- Serve as a hands-on Subject Matter Expert in food safety, preparation, and presentation
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop culinary associates to ensure high engagement, promote internal advancement, and minimize turnover
- Foster productive relationships with sales and marketing, event management, FOH team, owners, business partners, and vendors
- Facilitate the ordering, preparing, marketing, and execution of recipes including cost management
- Participate actively in month-end and year-end financial processes and reporting
- Maintain high standards for food quantity, quality, service readiness, inventory, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation
