- 48 months restaurant management experience or 96 months related experience

Job Duties
- Develop and execute recipes and menus considering nutritional analysis and dietary restrictions
- establish and enforce standards for food preparation and presentation
- modify work procedures and recipes for nutritional benchmarks
- ensure food quality through daily inspection and tasting
- stay current with industry trends and implement new concepts
- maintain visible presence interacting with staff and customers
- control purchases and inventory and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
