Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant culinary experience in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of local and federal food safety regulations
- Ability to manage and mentor a diverse culinary team
- Excellent organizational and financial management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Oversee all culinary operations within the hotel or outlet including recipe execution, financial profitability, staffing, adherence to SOPs, and compliance with local and federal guidelines
- Serve as a hands-on subject matter expert for food safety, preparation, and presentation
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop the culinary team to ensure high engagement and low turnover while executing front and back-of-house systems
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, event management, front of house teams, owners, business partners, and vendors to foster productive relationships
- Manage ordering, recipe marketing, execution, and cost control to ensure culinary department profitability
- Participate actively in monthly and year-end financial reporting and operational processes
- Maintain high standards for sanitation, safety, cleanliness, inventory management, and service readiness through regular walk-throughs
