Job Requirements

  • 3+ years experience as an executive chef or high-volume kitchen manager in a scratch kitchen

Job Duties

  • Leading the kitchen with confidence, precision, and inspiration

  • managing all aspects of kitchen operations including inventory, ordering, cost control, and cleanliness
  • maintaining an uncompromising commitment to quality and consistency
  • ensuring impeccable plating and presentation that wows every time
  • working alongside front-of-house and event teams for seamless service
