Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
minimum of 3 years experience in high-volume restaurant management
strong leadership and team-building skills
ability to manage P and L statements
knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
excellent communication skills
proficiency in basic computer applications

Job Qualifications

High-volume restaurant management experience of at least 3 years
ability to ensure proper food prep and presentation
ability to delegate while maintaining control
basic computer knowledge
exceptional leadership skills
knowledge of food and beverage operations

Job Duties

Recruiting, training, and mentoring a high-quality culinary team
driving profits through cost analysis and demonstrating a strong understanding of P and L
overseeing all equipment sanitation and maintenance
communicating effectively to delegate duties appropriately
diligently following the strictest standards and procedures
maintaining an approachable yet sophisticated kitchen environment
ensuring proper food preparation and presentation
