Job Requirements

  • Education in culinary arts or related field preferred
  • Proven experience as an executive chef or similar role
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong financial acumen and cost control skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

  • Proficiency in culinary financial management
  • Expertise in menu creation and recipe execution

Job Duties

  • Responsible for all culinary operations including execution of recipes
  • Manage financial profitability of culinary department
  • Lead, coach, mentor and develop culinary team
  • Ensure compliance with White Lodging SOPs and local federal guidelines
  • Foster productive relationships with Sales & Marketing, Event Management, FOH team and vendors
  • Facilitate ordering, preparation, marketing and execution of recipes and use records
  • Participate in month end and year end financial reporting and processes
