Job Requirements

  • associate degree or equivalent culinary training
  • three to five years of culinary management experience
  • experience in high volume production and catering
  • proven ability to manage cost controls
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to maintain safety and sanitation standards
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • lead and manage a team of culinary associates
  • ensure compliance with foodservice standards
