Job Requirements

  • Minimum three years experience as an executive chef in a high-volume industry-leading concept
  • ten years culinary experience in established restaurants and catering companies
  • ServSafe and Food Safety Handler certifications
  • strong financial and computer skills
  • knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems
  • ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • excellent leadership and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum three years experience as an executive chef in a high-volume industry-leading concept
  • ten years culinary experience in established restaurants and catering companies
  • certificate or degree in culinary arts preferred
  • ServSafe and Food Safety Handler certifications required
  • strong financial and computer skills
  • experience with P&Ls and budgeting
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems
  • ability to work a flexible schedule
  • proven leadership skills with the ability to positively influence team behavior and performance

Job Duties

  • Hire, train, and mobilize kitchen and service teams
  • develop and maintain recipes, portion specifications, and standard preparation procedures
  • determine purchasing specifications and budgetary allotments for all menu items
  • prepare operational reports highlighting progress and adverse trends
  • maintain knowledge of and compliance with company and health department policies, regulations, and standards
  • manage invoice tracking, labor tracking, schedule preparation, food cost management, labor cost management, and inventory control
  • enforce hiring, counseling, and termination policies
