- Experience managing and motivating a kitchen team
- Proven cost control abilities in food, labor, and beverage

Job Duties
- Oversee the preparation of innovative and high-quality cuisine for dining rooms and banquets
- Manage kitchen operations including stock control, wastage minimization, and hygiene standards
- Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to ensure peak performance
- Develop and manage food, labor, and beverage costs to maintain profitability
- Collaborate with Director of Food & Beverage and maintain relationships with hotel departments
- Source and liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality ingredients
- Participate actively in menu creation and stay updated with food and beverage trends
