Job Requirements
- Must have experience leading a full scratch kitchen
- Ability to craft seasonally curated and guest-focused menus
- Capable of managing fixed food, labor, and product costs
- Ability to lead kitchen staff to timely and flawless dish execution
- Experience developing relationships with staff, guests, and residents
- Passionate about service and hospitality
- Must pass a criminal background check and health screenings including physical and TB tests
- Willingness to comply with health and safety guidelines including vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and use of PPE as required
- Willingness to learn, grow, and evolve
Job Qualifications
- Experience leading a full scratch kitchen as an Executive Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Executive Sous Chef
- Strong culinary skills with a focus on seasonal and high-quality ingredients
- Proven ability to manage food, labor, and product costs
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to develop collaborative and innovative kitchen environments
- Knowledge of current food trends and customer preferences
- Passion for creating exceptional food experiences
