Job Duties

  • Successfully implement and coordinate daily kitchen operations
  • manage and mentor a team of 30 plus employees
  • ensure outstanding food quality and presentation
  • strictly adhere to health and safety regulations
  • develop and implement seasonal menus with a focus on scratch cooking
  • efficiently manage logistics in a small, high-volume kitchen
  • collaborate with suppliers for the freshest ingredients
