  • Proven kitchen leadership experience as an executive chef or strong sous chef
  • Ability to take control of a kitchen and stabilize it quickly
  • Strong understanding of food cost and labor management
  • Experience in high-volume service
  • Sushi or Asian cuisine experience preferred
  • Availability for nights and weekends

  • Work directly with ownership on menu and profitability
