Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- six years of experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area
- or two-year degree from an accredited university
- four years of relevant experience
- ability to lead and manage kitchen teams
- strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- excellent communication skills
- capacity to develop and implement budgets and control expenses
- proficiency in menu development and food presentation
- commitment to guest service excellence

Job Duties
- Leads kitchen management team
- provides direction for all day-to-day kitchen operations
- supervises and coordinates activities of cooks and kitchen workers
- develops and implements purchasing and receiving guidelines
- establishes and maintains food safety and sanitation standards
- manages and develops kitchen staff including training and performance evaluations
- monitors food quality, presentation, and menu development
- interacts with guests to collect feedback and address complaints
- manages kitchen budgets and controls expenses
- enforces compliance with organizational policies and procedures
