Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- two years of experience in quantity food production and personnel supervision preferred
- current ServSafe or Food Handler certification as required by state or county law
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
- adherence to safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work varied shifts and adapt to schedule needs
- compliance with company COVID-19 vaccination policies
- residency within the service area
- strong communication and leadership skills
- ability to follow instructions and perform routine, repetitive tasks continually
Job Qualifications

- specialized training in food service management and nutrition preferred
- two years of experience in quantity food production, dining services, nutrition, and personnel supervision preferred
- basic computer skills for record keeping and report completion

- current ServSafe or Food Handler certification as per state or county law
- compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push and pull up to 50 pounds, and stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods
- ability to work around food and cleaning products
- residency within the service area required
Job Duties
- Manage and supervise dining services staff in the absence of the Account Manager
- provide leadership, support, and guidance to ensure food quality and safety standards are met
- oversee inventory levels and manage supplies efficiently
- assist in maintaining records of income, expenditures, personnel, and equipment
- conduct staff training, quality control, and in-servicing to meet company standards
- perform essential duties such as dietary aide, cook, and dishwasher when required
- communicate effectively with client managers, building occupants, and administrators
- adhere to safety guidelines, infection control protocols, and sanitation procedures
- ensure punctuality and timely completion of cleaning and operational tasks
- positively represent the company through courteous and cooperative interactions
- foster positive resident and staff relations with tact and professionalism
