Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or culinary certification preferred
- Minimum three years of culinary management experience
- Proven experience in high volume culinary operations and catering
- Strong knowledge of cost control and inventory management
- Ability to travel up to seventy five percent
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Culinary degree preferred
- Three to five years of culinary management experience
- Experience in high volume production and catering
- Previous experience managing cost controls
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including travel
- Passion for food and hospitality
- Desire to learn and grow within a foodservice company
Job Duties
- Manage cost controls and control expenditures for the account
- Plan and create all menus
- Purchase and manage inventory
- Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team
- Oversee kitchen operations ensuring a safe and sanitary work environment
- Support and manage Flik accounts primarily on the West Coast
- Travel up to 75 percent to support non-local Flik locations
