Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of kitchen management or chef experience
- Bachelor’s or culinary degree preferred
- Experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue
- Extensive banquet style event experience
- Experience managing and developing teams
- Current ServSafe certification required
- ServSafe instructor certification or ability to be certified preferred
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Job Qualifications

- Extensive banquet style event experience
- Proven experience managing and developing teams
- Current ServSafe certification required
- ServSafe instructor certification or the ability to obtain preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
Job Duties
- Adhere to the companys mandated food and beverage menu and purchasing programs
- Maintain budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, supplies, and operating cash flow related to food operations
- Review monthly profit and loss statements and make adjustments as necessary
- Work with operations and sales teams to plan, supervise, and execute all food and beverage events
- Assist with cooking when needed
- Estimate food consumption and make purchases as appropriate
- Schedule staff efficiently to accommodate shifts in business volume
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain kitchen staff
- Develop key staff including sous chefs and lead cooks
- Ensure product quality, freshness, and presentation meet company standards
- Supervise food preparation, portioning, garnishing, and storage
- Manage kitchen equipment maintenance and sanitation audits to comply with health regulations
- Report critical issues to the General Manager
