Job Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant professional experience
- Expertise in Asian cuisine culinary styles
- Proven leadership skills in kitchen management
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred
- Food safety certification such as ServSafe required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets and food costs effectively
Job Qualifications
- 5-7 years of proven experience leading a professional kitchen with a strong focus on Asian cuisine
- Expertise in multiple Asian culinary styles eg Japanese Chinese Thai Korean Vietnamese preferred
- Demonstrated success in menu creation recipe development and execution
- Strong leadership organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets food costs and scheduling effectively
- ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification required
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred
Job Duties
- Lead and oversee all kitchen operations ensuring efficiency consistency and quality
