Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • associate's degree in food service management, dietetics, culinary arts, or similar field preferred
  • three to five years experience as a professional chef required
  • ten years experience in culinary industry preferred
  • ServSafe certification required

Job Duties

  • assist with the overall business plan for retail services
  • develop menus ensuring standardization and quality control
  • create and implement procedures for catering and cafeteria display and setup
  • plan and organize catering events
  • conduct culinary training and demonstrations
  • advise staff on food sanitation and safety
  • manage food cost and procurement
