Job Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or hospitality management preferred
  • minimum six to eight years food production and management experience or ten years relevant experience
  • food safety certification required
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage budgets and control costs
  • experience in private club or similar settings preferred

Job Duties

  • lead culinary operations including a la carte dining, banquet and event services
  • oversee food-related programming and menu development
  • manage budgeting, cost control, purchasing and inventory
  • ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • mentor and develop culinary team members
  • collaborate with club leadership and front-of-house teams to align operations
  • maintain high standards of product quality and service consistency
