- Three to five years of culinary management experience
- Experience in high-volume corporate dining or similar environments
- Strong background in multicultural cuisine
- Proven experience managing cost controls and operational efficiency
- Hands-on leadership style with strong team development skills
- Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Duties
- Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing culinary team in a fast-paced corporate dining environment
- Oversee cost controls, budgeting, and overall financial performance of the account
- Plan, create, and execute diverse, high-quality menus with a focus on multicultural cuisine
- Manage purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards
- Roll out new culinary programs in partnership with marketing and culinary leadership
- Act as the face of the operation, engaging with guests and fostering a strong café culture
