Job Requirements
- Minimum education requirement - bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum management experience - 5 years
- Minimum functional experience - 3 years
- Proven experience as an executive chef or head chef in a fast-paced or mobile kitchen setting
- Demonstrated passion for street food and sustainability
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a startup environment
- A valid driver's license

Job Duties
- Design and execute a seasonal, trend-forward menu that reflects our chef-driven philosophy
- Lead all aspects of kitchen operations, including prep, inventory, food safety, and truck logistics
- Hire, train, and inspire a small team of culinary professionals
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and customer service
- Collaborate with leadership on brand development and food innovation, client gatherings and pop ups
