Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 plus years of high-volume food production management experience
  • 3 years of relevant functional experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple service areas
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Experience with food service technology

  • Expertise in upscale culinary presentation and customer service
  • Proficiency in food safety protocols and food service technology

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily food production, scheduling, inventory, and ordering across multiple service areas
  • Lead and develop a team of managers, supervisors, and hourly associates to ensure operational excellence
  • Deliver high-end, resort-level cuisine in a state-of-the-art kitchen and retail dining facility
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and utilize Health Touch software for patient room service
