Job Requirements

  • minimum education requirement - bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum management experience - 5 years
  • minimum functional experience - 3 years
  • proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef
  • passion for street food and culinary creativity
  • strong leadership skills
  • ability to work independently in a startup environment
  • valid driver's license

Job Duties

  • design and execute a seasonal, trend-forward menu that reflects our chef-driven philosophy
  • lead all aspects of kitchen operations, including prep, inventory, food safety, and truck logistics
  • hire, train, and inspire a small team of culinary professionals
  • maintain high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and customer service
  • collaborate with leadership on brand development and food innovation, client gatherings and pop ups
