Job Requirements
- minimum education requirement - bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum management experience - 5 years
- minimum functional experience - 3 years
- proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef
- passion for street food and culinary creativity
- strong leadership skills
- ability to work independently in a startup environment
- valid driver's license

Job Duties
- design and execute a seasonal, trend-forward menu that reflects our chef-driven philosophy
- lead all aspects of kitchen operations, including prep, inventory, food safety, and truck logistics
- hire, train, and inspire a small team of culinary professionals
- maintain high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and customer service
- collaborate with leadership on brand development and food innovation, client gatherings and pop ups
