Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years management experience
  • Minimum of 3 years functional experience
  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef
  • Passion for street food, sustainability, and culinary creativity
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef, ideally in a fast-paced or mobile kitchen setting
  • Passion for street food, sustainability, and culinary creativity
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a startup environment

Job Duties

  • Design and execute a seasonal, trend-forward menu that reflects our chef-driven philosophy
  • Lead all aspects of kitchen operations, including prep, inventory, food safety, and truck logistics
  • Hire, train, and inspire a small team of culinary professionals
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and customer service
  • Collaborate with leadership on brand development and food innovation, client gatherings and pop ups
