Job Duties
- Design and execute seasonal, innovative menus that reflect the restaurant's upscale, contemporary style
- lead and mentor a talented culinary team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
- manage food cost, inventory, and vendor relationships to ensure profitability and sustainability
- oversee catering operations for special events, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards
- leverage culinary software systems to streamline operations and reporting
