Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years management experience
- Minimum 3 years functional culinary experience
- Strong culinary skills including menu development and presentation
- Ability to lead, mentor, and develop kitchen teams
- Familiarity with culinary inventory and scheduling software
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to comply with health and safety standards

- Oversee catering operations for special events, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards
