Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of three years management experience
  • Minimum of three years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering, institutional services, or mall food courts

  • Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine including regional specialties
  • Mastery of traditional Indian cooking techniques
  • Proficiency in spice blending and flavor balancing
  • Ability to develop innovative menus reflecting authenticity and modern trends

Job Duties

  • Lead the culinary operations of an Indian café with multiple specialized stations
  • Design and execute authentic regional Indian menus
  • Work hands-on in the kitchen to ensure culinary excellence
  • Manage a team of seven culinary professionals
  • Oversee menu planning, inventory, and procurement focusing on fresh and local ingredients
