- Minimum of three years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering, institutional services, or mall food courts

Job Duties
- Lead the culinary operations of an Indian café with multiple specialized stations
- Design and execute authentic regional Indian menus
- Work hands-on in the kitchen to ensure culinary excellence
- Manage a team of seven culinary professionals
- Oversee menu planning, inventory, and procurement focusing on fresh and local ingredients
