Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of management experience
- Minimum 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Valid Servsafe certification
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge of CACFP program preferred
- Ability to travel daily to multiple sites
- Self starter with motivation for independent work
- High level of computer literacy
Job Qualifications

- Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to supervise and train diverse teams
- Valid Servsafe certification
- Experience with USDA Food and Nutrition Service Guidelines preferred
- High level of computer literacy and strong analytical skills
Job Duties
- Ensure Sodexo culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality
- Have high expectations for customer service and quality of food
- Train, develop and lead front-line employees
- Have a passion for food and innovation
- Manage food, labor and cost controls to meet targets
- Emphasis on food presentation, quality, execution, menu design and implementation
- Oversee compliance with CACFP USDA guidelines and ensure nutritious meal service
