Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience
  • Minimum 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Valid Servsafe certification
  • Valid driver's license
  • Knowledge of CACFP program preferred
  • Ability to travel daily to multiple sites
  • Self starter with motivation for independent work
  • High level of computer literacy

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience
  • Minimum 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to supervise and train diverse teams
  • Valid Servsafe certification
  • Experience with USDA Food and Nutrition Service Guidelines preferred
  • High level of computer literacy and strong analytical skills

Job Duties

  • Ensure Sodexo culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality
  • Have high expectations for customer service and quality of food
  • Train, develop and lead front-line employees
  • Have a passion for food and innovation
  • Manage food, labor and cost controls to meet targets
  • Emphasis on food presentation, quality, execution, menu design and implementation
  • Oversee compliance with CACFP USDA guidelines and ensure nutritious meal service
