Job Duties
- lead and manage all culinary operations across patient services, retail outlets, and catering events
- drive menu innovation and ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and safety standards
- collaborate with clinical and operational teams to meet nutritional and regulatory requirements
- mentor and develop a high-performing culinary team focused on service and excellence
