  • knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage all culinary operations across patient services, retail outlets, and catering events
  • drive menu innovation and ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and safety standards
  • collaborate with clinical and operational teams to meet nutritional and regulatory requirements
  • mentor and develop a high-performing culinary team focused on service and excellence
