Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years management experience
- Minimum 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering, institutional services, or mall food courts
- Strong leadership abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to conduct audits and implement corrective action plans
- Proficiency in food cost and inventory management
- Working knowledge of automated food inventory and management systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Job Qualifications

- Experience with food cost analysis and inventory control
- Familiarity with automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems
- Ability to manage multiple food service operations simultaneously
Job Duties
- Provide culinary leadership including menu planning, program execution, staff management and training
- Responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory management, food cost analysis and food production forecasting
- Ensure Sodexo culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented
- Develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards compliance
- Manage food inventory, scheduling, and ordering systems
- Conduct audits, create action plans based on audit findings, update GC audit books
- Monitor, audit, implement and standardize new menus
- Manage patient dining, catering, and retail food service operations
- Lead food and physical safety training programs for associates
