Job Requirements

  • Minimum education requirement - bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum management experience - 3 years
  • Minimum functional experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation
  • Ability to inspire and coach diverse teams
  • Commitment to quality and service excellence

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage all culinary operations across patient services, retail outlets, and catering events
  • Drive menu innovation and ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and safety standards
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to meet nutritional and regulatory requirements
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing culinary team focused on service and excellence
