Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of management experience
- Minimum 3 years work experience in food or culinary services
- Ability to lead and manage culinary teams
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
Job Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of management experience in culinary or food service
- Minimum 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and coach diverse teams
- Expertise in current culinary trends and commitment to delivering outstanding dining experiences
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards
Job Duties
- Lead and manage all culinary operations across patient services, retail outlets, and catering events
- Drive menu innovation and ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and safety standards
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to meet nutritional and regulatory requirements
- Mentor and develop a high-performing culinary team focused on service and excellence
